Sign Up Process
To gain complete access to all the advanced features available on KnoxHouses you will need to sign up (register). The registration process is quick, simple and only takes a moment.
Step 1 - Provide the requested information on the sign up page here and submit. Make sure to provide a working eMail address that you have easy access to.
Step 2 - Activate your new member account. After submitting the information above we will send a link to the eMail address provided in step 1. Simply click on this link to activate your account. You can now login and access all the advanced features we offer.
Reset a Lost Password
If you forget or have lost your password you can easily request a new one(reset).
Step 1 - Enter the current eMail address we have on record for your member account here.
Step 2 - A confirmation eMail with a link to set a new password for your account will be sent. Simply click the link to recieve your new password and login information. Once you have logged in with your new password you can edit/chg your password via the edit profile link in the main member menu.
Note: AOL users and other non-standard eMail clients may need to copy and paste manually any links sent via eMail into the browsers address bar. |
| Property Search Basics |
You can search all listings, a specific area only, by MLS ID, or address.
Results will be returned in a thumb nail view, with 10 listings per page and can be increase to 50 per page (the default is recommended for slower Internet connections). Click an image to view all available photos of that property or click on 'detailed view' to view all information and photos for a listing.
From the detailed view you will have an option to add a listing to your Favorites for future reference and/or request a viewing appointment.

| Our Mortgage Calculator |
Our mortgage calculator can be used to figure out monthly payments of a mortgage loan, based on the sale price, the term of the loan desired, buyer's down payment percentage, and the loan's interest rate. Including PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) for loans where less than 20% is put as a down payment.
Also taken into consideration are property taxes, and their effect on the total monthly mortgage payment. Payment calculations are for estimating your possible payments.
